Vicki is a professional corporate and executive coach with 18 years' experience of working with UK and multi-national organisations representing a wide spectrum of business sectors. Working with senior individuals CEO’s, Directors and top teams, as an executive coach, within blue chip organisations in Europe wanting to move to a higher level of performance.

Vicki was Managing Director of the highly acclaimed Domino Consultancy and also worked in senior operational and people development roles in a number of blue chip organisations.

An accomplished speaker, Vicki has spoken at national and international conferences, and has co-authored a publication on cultural diversity.

Vicki holds an MA in Human Resource Strategy is a Fellow of The Coaching Academy, the largest coach training school in Europe. She is actively involved in coaching standards and is a member of the steering group for The National Occupational Standards for Coaching.

Vicki's inspirational style of coaching means that she approaches every client relationship with a unique energy that results in the forming of transformational partnerships and leads to the achievement of powerful results.

ELIZABETH McMANUS
CECO Coach

Following industrial relations roles with the NHS and Newcastle University, Elizabeth joined the Alliance & Leicester as Development Adviser in 1988 in order to develop the organisation’s managers through internal consulting, coaching, training and chairing assessment and development centres. She recruited and development management teams for Corporate Banking, Treasury and Regional Offices, as well as managing the bank’s management development centres.

Elizabeth’s clients include companies within the financial services sector, Blue Chip organisations, FMCG and internal commercial law practices.

Elizabeth coaches on a 1-1 basis with a specialisation in working with CEO’s and leaders within the fund management, investment banking and venture capital sectors. Emphasis is also on facilitation of top teams and training of executives as better coaches through open and in-house programmes. In addition she focuses her work on the development of maximum individual contribution in an organisational context. She uses her coaching skills to build exceptional individual team performance. She has a special interest in the areas of performance and motivation.

She is an experienced Corporate and Executive Coach and a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Elizabeth has an MA Hons. Degree in English from Hertford College, Oxford and is a fully trained RELATE Counsellor (British Association for Counselling Accredited Training).

SARAH URQUHART

Sarah is a Professional Corporate and Executive coach, tutor, speaker and author. Her business career has encompassed start-up companies, privately owned and international organisations. She spent 14 years in marketing roles within industries including Sports Marketing, Training Services, Publishing, IT Development and Cosmetics. Sarah is a University Lecturer (post graduate) in marketing.

She is author of '101 Ways to Love Your Job'.

Sarah’s resent assignments have been within the following industries:-
Banking, Insurance, Media, Manufacturing, Charities, Telecoms, Councils and Schools.

Sarah coaches on a 1-1 basis with a specialisation in working with CEO’s and leaders within the fund management, investment banking and venture capital sectors. Emphasis is also on facilitation of top teams and training of executives as better coaches through open and in-house programmes.

Sarah is a Graduate and 1 of only 11 Global Fellows of and Trainer for, The Coaching Academy - Europe’s Largest Coach Training Organisation. She is also a coach and platform speaker for The Academy. She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and tutors in Neuro Linguistic Coaching. She has BA (Hons.) in Business Studies and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing. Sarah’s speciality is career coaching.
