Sarah is a professional corporate and executive coach, tutor, speaker and author. Her business career has encompassed start-up companies, privately owned and international organisations. She spent 14 years in marketing roles within industries including Sports Marketing, Training Services, Publishing, IT Development and Cosmetics. Sarah is a University Lecturer (post graduate) in marketing.

She is author of “101 Ways to Love Your Job”.

Sarah’s resent assignments have been within Banking, Insurance, Media, Manufacturing, Charities, Telecoms, Councils and Schools.

Sarah coaches on a 1-1 basis, specializing in working with CEOs and leaders within the fund management, investment banking and venture capital sectors. She facilitates top teams and trains executives to be better coaches through open and in-house programmes.

Stephanie is a senior international industry professional with 25 years of business experience at director level in the international market place as well as experience of business start ups, sales channel development, business leadership and team building in a range of industries.

She is an effective thinker and achiever offering proven strategic planning, business management, organisational and communication skills.  Stephanie is able to work effectively at all levels within multinational organisations, having the ability to creatively influence strategic direction and results. She has experience of extensive development courses at international level at Management Centre Europe (MCE), Brussels.

ELIZABETH McMANUS

Following industrial relations roles with the NHS and Newcastle University, Elizabeth joined the Alliance & Leicester as Development Adviser in 1988 in order to develop the organisation’s managers through internal consulting, coaching, training and chairing assessment and development centres. She recruited and developmed management teams for Corporate Banking, Treasury and Regional Offices, as well as managing the bank’s management development centres.

Elizabeth’s clients include companies within the financial services sector, blue chip organisations, FMCG and commercial law practices.

Elizabeth coaches on a 1-1 basis, specialising in working with CEOs and leaders within the fund management, investment banking and venture capital sectors.  She facilitates top teams and trains executives to be better coaches through open and in-house programmes. She focuses her work on the development of maximum individual contribution in an organisational context and uses her coaching skills to build exceptional individual team performance.
